Qualigate is an AI-powered end-to-end testing platform that allows users to:

  • Create test cases using natural language descriptions
  • Execute automated tests using AI-powered browser automation
  • View test results with video recordings and detailed reports
  • Configure alerts and notifications for test results
  • Integrate with CI/CD pipelines via API

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Test websites or applications you do not own or have permission to test
  • Conduct any form of attack, including DDoS or penetration testing without authorization
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service

5. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Pay all fees associated with your subscription
  • Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Qualigate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your test cases and data remain your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
