Most tests (95%+) fall into the Standard tier. Credits = MAX(step-based, token-based) for fair pricing.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do credits work?
Credits are consumed each time you run a test. Most tests use just 1 credit (Pulse) or 2 credits (Nova). Only exceptionally long tests (31+ AI steps) use more credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes! Starter plans can roll over up to 50 credits, Pro plans up to 150 credits, and Business plans up to 200 credits to the next billing cycle. Free plans do not have rollover.
Which AI model should I use?
For most testing, we recommend Pulse - it offers excellent accuracy and fast execution. Use Nova for complex, critical tests where maximum accuracy is paramount.
Can I buy more credits anytime?
Yes! Credit packs can be purchased at any time and never expire. They're great for handling temporary spikes in testing needs.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. Free tier users also get 15 credits to start (reduced to 5/month after trial).
What about new AI models?
Pro, Business, and Enterprise subscribers get early access to new AI models as they're released. As AI technology advances, we continuously evaluate and integrate the best models for testing. You'll automatically have access to new models at no additional cost.
